In 2010 Chris McAuliffe, then Director of the Ian Potter Museum of Art came up with a cracking idea for a touring exhibition. Earlier, in 2007 he had bought a couple of copies of Neil Diamond's Shilo album.

Two collage works were selected as finalists in National Works on Paper Awards in 2014 and 2015. These works were made from hand painted paper which was then cut and collaged together to form an image.
